HOSPITAL workers from across the world came together to celebrate their diversity.
Staff at Basildon Hospital held an International Day to mark the role other nations play in the NHS, which is 60 years old this year.
The event promoted the food and cultures of the world, and included a belly dancing performance.
Menus from as far away as the Caribbean, India, Australia, Africa and parts of Europe were also laid on as workers mingled.
